This realy aligns with what I've seen in engineering hiring too. The best candidates don't get defensive when you drill down past thier limit, they just acknowledge it and explain how they'd handle gaps. The customer sucess example is telling because it shows how executives can talk the language of growth (AB testing) without actually understanding the execut
