Great post. Helped me realize I am an advisor and not a coach. The PMs I help benefit from my direct experience and are often too early in their careers to know how to apply frameworks to their situation.
Love this guide so much, the coaching industry is really chaotic right now and there needs to be a clear guidance like this to point people to the appropriate direction!
